Q: What is the quality of the T-shirts?
A: Our shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton, so the size your order is the size it stays. The shirts are double stitched and heavy weight for comfort and durability. These are the best quality shirts on the market.

Q: How are the designs printed?
A: All shirts are silk screened on a press machine, to ensure long lasting designs.

Q: How long do Fundraisers last?
A: Fundraisers last about 2-4 weeks. We have found 3 weeks has worked the best for keeping the youth and the consumer anguish. Also allows us the proper time to fill your orders.

Q: Do you offer other colors of shirts other than what is listed?
A: Yes, Please contact us about the design and color you are looking for. There is a minimum required.

Q: What is the cost of the shirts? Are they expensive?
A: Cool Faith Apparel is selling the shirts to Church Groups at a lower cost than an Outlet would purchase wholesale. We have also set up an aggressive plan, where the Church Group sells more the lower the cost. The Church Groups are in complete control to set their selling price. We retail our shirts for 14.95. Comparable shirts sell from 16.99-19.99 each. That means the group could make over 50% return of each shirt they sell.

Q: Can a Church Group have the shirts personally monogrammed?
A: Yes, You can have a Church name, address, or even a logo printed on the shirts. Prices vary due to quantity and amount of colors used. We also have very low minimums.

Q: What if we lose an order form or a brochure?
A: You can now download and print those forms straight from our Internet site www.coolfaith.com. You may contact us toll free 866-585-COOL (2665) and we can fax, email, or mail additional ones to you.…

Q: Is there a way to have sample shirts for our group to show and display?
A: Yes, We have a separate agreement for sampling out shirts for show. Please inquire when starting your fundraiser.

Q: What types of payment do you require?
A: We accept money orders, checks, and credit cards. The cards that we accept are Visa, MasterCard, America Express, and Discover.

Q: What type of “Return Policy” do you have established?
A: We have an unconditional return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the appearance or quality of the shirt, you can return the merchandise and exchange it for another. You have absolutely nothing to lose.
